How To Use

  1. Preparation: Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, positioning the lower edge approximately 2–3 cm above the elbow crease. Ensure the cuff is snug but not too tight, and that the cuff's air tube is aligned with your brachial artery.
  2. Initiate Measurement: Press the start button to begin the measurement. Rest your arm on a table with the cuff at heart level, remain still, and avoid talking during the process.
  3. Reading Results: Once the measurement is complete, systolic and diastolic blood pressure readings, along with pulse rate, will display on the screen.
  4. Data Storage: The device automatically stores readings with date and time stamps, up to 120 entries.
  5. Reviewing Data: Use the memory function to review past readings and monitor blood pressure trends over time.
